Lansing, Mich. — One of the five wounded students in last Monday’s shooting spree on Michigan’s State campus is reportedly paralyzed from the chest down and his family is seeking financial support to help with his medical expenses.

20-year-old John Hao, an international student from China, was reportedly shot in the back and the bullet severed portions of his spinal cord and injured his lungs.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for Hao and his parents. Another injured student is in fair condition, another is stable, and three others remain in critical condition in the hospital.
