CHS is holding a low-cost clinic on Saturday, December 4th from 10am to 4pm.
Vaccines, parasite prevention, microchips, and testing will be available. Appointments are every 15 minutes. Please make one appointment per pet you are bringing. We are also welcoming walk-in’s as well, and will be fit in around the appointments.

What to Expect
Upon arrival, one of our volunteers will check you in. You will be asked to fill out a form of what services you would like, and we will accept payment ahead of time.

Dog Distemper Vaccine: $20
Bordetella Vaccine: $20
Cat Distemper Vaccine: $20
Cat and Dog Rabies Vaccine: $20
Microchip (dog or cat): $25 (with lifetime registration)
Heartworm Test: $35
Heartworm preventative will also be sold, price dependent on weight
