Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The 32nd Annual Jackson Learning Fair is happening this Thursday and Friday (July 9, 10) at Northwest Elementary School on Lansing Avenue.
This event and its activities are free thanks to an anonymous sponsor and our other donors.
Angela Klobuchar with Northwest Community Schools gave a recommendation to begin at the welcoming tent for families who are making it out to the event.
The Learning Fair emphasizes providing hands-on learning experiences for kids in a wide variety of fields from manufacturing, to arts and crafts, and more.
Thursday’s exclusive activities include a Jaws of Life presentation to show children how that life-saving process works, as well as a Golf Experience Exhibit with Doug Hanson.
The Jackson Learning Fair runs from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
