The fifth annual Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is set to deliver a high-octane soundtrack alongside the racing action, featuring a mix of country, hip-hop, and EDM performers.
From May 1-3, fans at the Hard Rock Beach Club at Miami Gardens’ Hard Rock Stadium will see live sets from Nelly, Kane Brown, Marshmello, Zedd, DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal), and house duo Loud Luxury.
“As you can tell, we’re bringing a lot of different variety,” says Keith Sheldon, President of Entertainment & Brand Management at Hard Rock. “but all the artists have incredible energy and will really help amplify the experience for the fans that are not only at Beach Club, but throughout the track. While the racing speaks for itself and is always phenomenal…what makes Miami so unique has been that energy of the entertainment factor that comes to the table every year. We’re talking about hip-hop, electronic dance music. We’re talking about a basketball star-turned-dubstep artist and an amazing country star all taking the same stage for Hard Rock and maybe a little bit of what an international audience might not totally expect of Hard Rock, but it’s who we’ve become as a brand.”
The Beach Club, situated near Turns 11-13 of the Miami International Autodrome, offers cabana-style seating, poolside vibes, full-service bars, and all-day dining. Friday, May 1, kicks off with performances by Nelly and Zedd, while Saturday features Marshmello and DJ Diesel. Sunday closes the series with Loud Luxury and Kane Brown. All sets will be livestreamed on screens around the track.
Before the main trackside shows, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood hosts pre-race performances, including Guns N’ Roses at Hard Rock Live on April 30, followed by Nelly, Kane Brown, and Marshmello on May 1. Brown and Marshmello, who collaborated on “Miles On It,” will also headline a late-night show at DAER Nightclub.
