Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a permit to civil engineering firm NTH for utility work on westbound I-94 from Hawkins Road to Elm Avenue in Jackson.
MDOT says that work will begin at around 9 a.m. on Tuesday and is expected to end at around 3 p.m. the same day.
According to the department, the work will require a single-lane closure throughout the operation to ensure the safety of utility workers and motorists.
Drivers should expect delays in the area.
